Hi, thanks for stopping by! I thought it could be useful to compile some of the common questions I have encountered here in the forums into 1 forum post. Hopefully it helps! "There's an issue with a game"
Answer: Use the comment section on the affected game/achievement page, and tell us what is wrong. "My game/platform is not scanning" 1. Make sure the site has had enough time to scan the game, sometimes it can take longer during heavy load. You can check the Scan Queue. 2. Double check if there is any indication of issues on your Account page. 3. There might be a temporary issue on the achievement host's side. This is beyond our control, but you can still report it to us at the appropriate forum topic 4. Try manually scanning the game on the game page or the platform via your account-tab. 5. Unlinking an account should be your last resort, as it can result in permanently losing removed achievements. Give the scanner plenty of time, and if it still does not work, report it rather than un-linking.

"My achievement count on my profile is not the same on Steam" Answer:This is to be expected, as MGS remembers every achievement you ever scan here, so if a developer removes an achievement, we will keep it for you to brag about! ^^ "A game exists on multiple platforms, but hasn't been merged" Answer: It is a manual process and can be very time consuming. However, doing a couple requested merges takes only seconds. You can request game merged here, as commenting on the game pages will make them cluttered.
