There seems to be a problem with the scan for PSN. Not been working since december 14th.

I got the same problem. Mine hasn't updated since December 13th. And no PS5 games either but I understand that PS5 is a bit trickier as Sony changed things for PS5.

Same. I've tried re-linking, to no avail.
In fact, no PSN at all. I have PS3 and VITA trophies that are not being scanned in.

I have restarted it now so it works again.

Re-linking accounts is never likely to yield anything other than longer queue-times, so don't do that. (that is if your account has ever worked. If it has never worked then trying again could work in case you entered the wrong info or something)

Hello! There is currently no generic problem with the PSN tracking. I think for you it seems to be the privacy settings. You need to set your game history & trophies to be public for metagamerscore to be able to scan them.

PSN isn't scanning, this is also in the news section but no post about it.
I've told it to scan multiple times and it hasn't scanned, last scan was January 28th, 2023.

Edit: This is working now as of February 2nd, 2023.

Anyone else having issues with PlayStation syncing? I synced it via the game and the account 2 days ago but still is a problem. The queue page says the oldest entry is 3 days old. In the past this meant there was an issue.

I recently got a friend to sign up. He linked his Xbox account (working perfectly), his Steam account (working perfectly) and his PSN account (not working other than pulling through one PS3 game). His site username is "Kicks". How can we go about getting his PlayStation account fully scanned? He signed up to the site and linked his account 2 days ago.

Hi

My PSN profile hasn't updated since the 6th. Other sites (like psnprofiles, trophytracker) are picking up the new trophies. I have manually updated the game itself with no luck every day since the 6th. I tried the profile update with no luck. I checked the account page and it shows successful. I noticed the queue page has wildly jumped between 6000 items to process to just over 400 items to process but the oldest item stays at 3 days old no matter the items in the queue.

Thanks for the awesome site though.

There was probably some hickup due to my site-upgrade attempt that made the auth-token get lost. I re-authenticated it now so it's up and running again.
