Blizzard has decided to temporarily disable the Starcraft II achievement APIs, out of privacy concerns based off CCPA/GDPR. Their current plan is to review and discuss what to do at the end of January. Personally I think it's a bit bollocks, since Achievements isn't personally identifiable data; but I guess they are scared to get fined and laws are complex. |

Blizzard given any indication if this will be enabled again soon? Does it affect other Blizzard titles or just SC2 for now? EDIT: Here is the Blizz forum post about it: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/blizzard/t/starcraft-ii-community-api-update/2652 Seems another update is due in Feb Fingers crossed. |
