According to my Steam Achievement Showcase, I have 294 perfect games. However, according to my own count in reality I have 318 perfect games (24 more perfect games!). When I scan my Steam profile at metagamerscore.net or completionist.me it counts 313/314 games (the games it didn't scan are 1 removed game, 1 removed demo and 2 removed licenses on completionist.me: Counter Strike Source Beta, SEUM Demo, Nexuiz and Ironclad Tactics). I haven't checked for Metagamerscore, but I know Nexuiz and Counter Strike Source Beta are 2 of them. However, the achievement showcase says I have 221.077 achievements. I did not do a count myself per achievement, but I can confirm at least 190.000 achievements from just my perfect games. On completionists.me I have 215.046 (a lower number, despite having 20 more perfect games there) On metagamerscore.net I have 214.737 achievements, again a lower number despite having 19 more 'perfect' games there as well. Can somebody explain to me this phenomenon? It seems to me that Steam is not counting "Perfect Games" of games removed from the store, but is still counting the achievements for those games... But I can't confirm this. Does anyone know the "rules" ?? |

Yes, you are right. Steam does not count removed games from your games total and your perfect games total. Your achievements are still counted and it still counted for your average completion rate. |
