Actually, you can. Just set victory conditions to Score and a Time Limit of 1 turn on Settler difficulty and there you go. I checked another game of his that I am familiar with, Portal, and it also looks legit to me... so seems like an unjust ban... |

There is literally 1min between The Triumphs of Oriana and I Will Wait achievements. Getting one then setting a game getting another one in just 1 minute... and second achievement (Partial Completionist) at the same minute? Very suspicious for me. |

Did you try the method I described in my previous post? A one-minute time-stamp gap is perfectly viable if you set the victory conditions to score and a time limit of one turn. I think he just used this cheesy method to get the wins, but it's not cheating in terms of achievement hunting rules. |

I skimmed his Civ VI achievement progress a second time now and it still seems legit to me. There was a free update to Civ VI a year ago or so.. and a bunch of new leaders was added to the existing nations. I remember doing some wins in that way, because I didn't want to play full games with nations I had already played with and did not care for anymore (I already have 400 hours in Civ VI). And it's perfectly possible to finish a game at 20:32:01, exit the game, set up a new game, set victory to score, time limit to one round and click on play (if you have a fast pc with an ssd drive) and click on next turn and win the game at 20:32:52. |
