Hi there, I had used SAM a while back and have since then fixed all of the unlocked achievements I got, however I still have an invalid score on my page. I believe it is due to Opus Magnum and Gravitas, both of which were unable to be relocked for whatever reason. Is there some way to fix this, or will it forever be on my page? Please let me know, thank you! |

Hi! We marked those two games as invalid in your 2022 appeal. We couldn't find a solution then as mentioned (but if you find a way to keep them locked, we can try again). The only other way to remove it is to remove the games completely from your account so MGS doesn't pick them up (similar to the other games you were unable to relock). |

I used SAR again to try and relock them, and I believe Gravitas worked, but it does not seem to work for Opus Magnum. If all else fails, would it be possible to submit some kind of photo/video evidence of me doing the criteria to unlock those achievements? With that being said I probably won't get to that game for quite a while, so it isn't much of a concern right now for me. Edit: I just rechecked Gravitas and it appears everything has returned, so apparently it still doesn't work. I guess it's alright to permanently remove the two, if that is the only solution. |

Given the situation, I am personally okay with the photo/video evidence if you are up for it – have to ask the team if it is okay though. Will reply here with an answer soon. EDIT: Yes, it is okay. It will only apply to MGS though, in case you have accounts elsewhere you might have to present the evidence there too. |
