Hi, How often does MGS auto-scan for new Achievements? I have noticed that unless I initiate a manual scan, games do not update on my profile. I have noticed the same with my friends. Most haven't had any new achievements logged since June, despite having earned plenty since then. (Steam / Xbox / PS) |

It largely depends on the platform. Small platforms such as Chess.com might scan every day while big platforms such as Steam might scan every or every other week. In normal circumstances I believe all platforms will scan automatically at least once every 14 days. At the moment we have a massive queue because of recently added Roblox, resulting in zero value achievements etc. It probably affects automatic scanning too. So for the time being, manual scanning might be the way forward. When we solve the queue problem, your/your friends' platforms should start scanning automatically once again at mentioned interval. |

Thank you for the update. Is it possible to trigger a scan of a friends account manually? I can see the option to update a game, but not the option to re-scan steam/xbox/ps. |

| No, it is only a single game. But I can scan them for you (automatic scan will do it eventually anyway). |
