I have a few questions about the unoptainable achievement feature. #1: It seems it only helps to write on the achievements, not the game. I have tried commenting on games severel times but nothing happens. Then I commented on the achievements and they became unoptainable very quickly. #2: I have recently commented on Tactical Intervention and a few Kongregate games with unoptainable achievements but only that one achievement (see #1) is marked unoptainable despite clear indication that the problem is with the whole game. Examples: - "Server closed in 2017, making all achievements unoptainable." on Tactical Intervention. - "This game no longer has badges." or " This game is no longer on Kongregate? (link goes to home page). Not possible to get the badges anymore." on several Kongregate games. Wouldn't it be nice with just 1 comment to deal with games with all achievements unoptainable? I don't like "spamming" the same message on all 112 Tactical Intervention achievements for example. |

Yeah.. I fully understand the confusion. The way it works is, whenever you leave a comment on a game or achievement, it pops up in a "feed". We can see what was commented on, the comment, and the author. We can easily thumb up the comment. We have a handy thing were, if you leave a comment on an achievement, we can right there and then mark it as unobtainable/obtainable. This means that we can mark achievements appropriately with a single button. On the other hand, whole games, we do not have such a feature. Most of the time it works to leave a comment on the game page, and we will look into what achievements should be fixed. This takes quite some time, and it's easy on our part to miss one, or mark one incorrectly. Commenting on the individual achievement, lets us know that exactly this achievement needs to be fixed. Hope this answered your question. So, as to why not all achievements were removed, is because a comment was left on an individual achievement, and we marked it unobtainable, but we did not look into any other of the game's achievements. Regarding the: Yes, that would be awesome. However, we don't have a "mark all unobtainable", so someone will have to go through those 112 achievement one-by-one. It is very time consuming indeed, so it will take us quite some time to fix. So, if you leave comments on achievements, we can get it fixed right away. If it's commented on game pages, we will have to go through all the achievements, and that might lead to us marking some incorrectly, but it will also be very time intensive, and there are a lot more things that we can do in that amount of time. So, it becomes a bit low-priority to manually go through them. That's why we work according to what you members report to us as problems :) |

| But there's no good reason not to have a "mark all unobtainable" button for us moderators, I will actually ask if we could get one, it would make marking 110 achievements soooo much faster - and nicer on the fingers ;) |
