The problem here is that an existing X-Box One/Live account does not cooperate with your 360, you need an own account for the 360 console. If so, how Am I able to sync my 360 Games with this site? If I create a new 360 Live account, link this to this site to sync my 360 achievements, then delink the 360 account and like again my normal main X-Box One account, will this work? or will I never be able to sync my old 360 achievements?

I thought you could use a single account for both of them. If you made two separate then you unfortunately can only use one here

Hi, this would be better suited in "Support", as I wouldn't have seen this until way later. (This is a bit off-topic discussion forum). Yes, if you would switch from XBOX One to XBOX 360, you would lose the Xbox one achievements and get the 360 ones. I genuinely don't have a clue on how we could fix this, as we would need to allow you to link 2 XBOX accounts, but that could very well lead to some issues, as everyone would be able to link 2 accounts. Hmm... I will certainly forward this, but I suspect it will be difficult to address. |

I have seen people get both XB1 and 360 achievements on the same account, so it is definitely doable to have only one account. It would be theoretically possible to set up so separate accounts can be used for 360 and XB1, but it is a lot of work for something that benefits very few, so it can't be very high up in the priority list. Perhaps you can mail xbox support and have them merge the accounts? |
